Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–4 business days. Most orders ship the next business day, but please allow up to 4 business days during busy periods.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We ship via the United States Postal Service (USPS) using the following options: Standard Shipping (Ground Advantage / First-Class): 2–5 business days; Priority Mail: 1–3 business days; Priority Mail Express: 1–2 business days (guaranteed by USPS). Delivery times are estimates provided by USPS and may vary.

Total Delivery Time
Total delivery time includes both processing time (1–3 business days) and shipping transit time.

Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Shipping Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by USPS, weather conditions, or other carrier-related issues.

Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. 

Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package is marked as delivered by USPS, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please contact your local post office for assistance.
